Welcome to H.E.M Wellness LLC. By engaging with our services visiting our website or purchasing our programs you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they constitute a legal agreement between you and H.E.M Wellness LLC.

Professional Wellness Services

H.E.M Wellness LLC provides consulting and coaching in the areas of nutrition mindfulness fitness and home gym design. You acknowledge that Gerald Henry is a wellness consultant and not a licensed medical doctor or mental health professional. Our services are intended for educational and motivational purposes and do not substitute for professional medical advice diagnosis or treatment.

Health and Safety

By participating in any fitness or nutritional program you represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent your participation. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician before starting any new exercise or diet regimen. H.E.M Wellness LLC is not liable for any injuries or health complications that may arise from following our guidance.

Payment Terms

We believe in transparent and fair business practices. Our payment terms are as follows:

• Service Fees: All fees for coaching programs and consultations must be paid in full before the commencement of the service unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
• Home Gym Design: A non refundable deposit is required to begin the design and sourcing process. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the design blueprint or as stated in your specific project contract.
• Subscription Services: If you are enrolled in a recurring monthly program your payment will be processed automatically on the same date each month.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We take our commitment to your health seriously and we expect the same commitment in return. Please note our policy regarding refunds:

• Consultations and Programs: Due to the personalized nature of our wellness and nutrition protocols we do not offer refunds once a program has been delivered or a consultation has taken place.
• Cancellations: For one on one sessions we require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation. Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of that session.
• Gym Design: Fees paid for professional design services and time spent on consultation are non refundable. Equipment purchases are subject to the return policies of the original manufacturer.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by H.E.M Wellness LLC including but not limited to training protocols nutrition guides mindfulness techniques and website materials is the intellectual property of H.E.M Wellness LLC. You may not reproduce distribute or sell any of our materials without express written consent from Gerald Henry.

Client Confidentiality

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Any personal health data or private information shared during your sessions will be kept strictly confidential and used only to enhance your personalized wellness experience.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Milford PA.
